My name is Katina Whorley and I started Loyalty Trusted Signing Agency, LLC to convey my business ideal of being loyal and trustworthy to businesses and individuals by providing convenient, accurate and professional notary services.  I am dually commissioned by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Mobile and Remote Notary Public and am able to offer notary services when and where it is convenient for you, my client.  

I am a certified Loan Closing/Signing Agent through Loan Signing System and the National Notary Association. I am able to conduct signing services for New Purchases, Refinances, Seller/Buyer only packages, HELOCs, and Reverse Mortgages, just to name a few. I also offer Apostille services to assist with documents that are required or will be used in foreign countries such as Birth Certificates, Destination Wedding documents, Legal documents, Academic documents, Business Incorporation documents, etc. I remove the complication out of processing such documents so you are able to continue your daily routine without concern or worry. In addition to performing General Notary work, I also serve as an Exam Proctor and provide I-9 Authorization services.
