In-Office notarization of Apostille documents to effeciently meet the client's needs. Apostilles are documents required or intended for foreign use such as: Vital Records & Civil Documents; Court & Legal Documents; Educational Documents; Corporate & Business Documents; Notarized Documents; Federal Documents.

The Commonwealth of Virginia does NOT allow notarization of the following documents:

Certify the contents of or notarize a photograph

United States Military Identification Card
Personally known, which means the Notary Public has an established relationship with the individual/regular interaction over a period of time giving the notary a deep-seated belief that the person is who they say they are.
Appearance and Refusal
Personal appearance is required for ALL Notarial Acts
A Virginia Notary Public can REFUSE to notarize a document as deemed necesary to adhere to Commonwealth of VIrginia notary laws.

A $10 non-refundable scheduling fee is required to reserve your appointment.
Remaining balance is due at the time of service.

HELOC - $200
Reverse Mortgages - $200

Apostille Processing - $190 per person
Includes assistace with documents required or intended for foreign use (Birth Certificates, Legal documents, Academic documents, Business Incorporation documents, etc.).

On-Site Institutional Signings (Mobile by Approval Only)
Available upon request for law firms, hospitals, nursing homes, and care facilities.
Travel fees apply within Lynchburg City Limits.
Additional travel fees apply outside Lynchburg City Limits and will be quoted prior to confirmed appointment.
